Minor upgrades will include replacing the remaining old ceiling fans in 3 cabins and the dining hall. We will carry out other cosmetic changes.

Now that all roofs are metal and all floors are vinyl, our next undertaking will be window replacement. This is a major undertaking and will be done over multiple seasons.

We are seeking to purchase a barge that can hold gas, diesel and propane in one shot. Ed has had to make multiple trips in the past so we think this will be most cost efficient.
